Overview

The Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (WCAAP) Health Equity Summit, Activate Your Agency, on May 17, 2025, is an incredible opportunity for pediatric health care providers, school nurses and partners, parents, caregivers and community partners from across the state to network, share resources and discuss the intersection of equity and anti-racism with health, education, and social-emotional learning. It will also provide practical skills on how to be upstanders in medical organizations, schools, and communities through the lens of equitably caring for the whole child and family wellbeing.

The Equity Summit is a one-day live event in Auburn, WA, offered by the Washington Chapter of the American Association of Pediatrics (WCAAP). The event will bring together all of WCAAP’s work under an equity lens to create or deepen cross-sector relationships between pediatricians, schools, parents and other partners.
