This session presented by Craig Fischer and Tina Lindquist, PhD, will focus on understanding the systematic factors but focus on very practical and actionable steps you can take. You will gain tools and frameworks to build a personal well-being plan, learn how to spot early warning signs of fatigue, and understand how to weave small moments of self-care into your daily routine.
