Finding the Opportunity: Clinical Teaching When Time is Limited

Participants will discover how to transform even the shortest interactions into valuable teaching moments that foster essential clinical skills. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to create a positive learning environment and provide immediate opportunities for skill application.

Participants will explore effective strategies, including the One-Minute Preceptor model, the Triangle Method, and time-constrained teaching techniques, all designed to maximize teaching effectiveness during rounds. With a focus on adaptive teaching plans, this course empowers educators to maintain continuous learner development and engagement, even amidst the demands of busy clinical days.
